He hand dug the windows which elminated the mess that machinery can make. After the windows were done, Ray went above the original scope of work and helped fix some blocks in the foundation. He was also able to remove and replace some of the original basment windows. We are now able to start on finishing our basement months earlier than if we went with another company. Ray does fast quality work at a competitive price. If you need egress windows installed I would contact Ray first."

We have an old house and there is not a lot that is square so a couple of the doors were challenging. It took us another week after John had left to fix up some of the woodwork and trim that were damaged and to complete some of the caulking around the outside doors. Then politics came into play! Very unprofessional in my opinion. Would not hire again."
