"Russ called us back right away when my husband and I were looking for someone to supply us an estimate for drywall install, taping and mudding. He supplied an estimate in a timely manner and scheduled a time to start the project. He showed up when he said he would and was very conscientious of his work. Russ was very tidy and left the workspace the way he began every time. He let us know when he would be back as our job took a span of a few days. Upon completion he asked if everything was up to our expectations and said to call him should anything come up. "The crew arrived as scheduled like a swarm of worker bees. They were diligent and efficient. The job was done quickly and the clean up was excellent. We were hard pressed to find any debris on the ground. I indicated N/A regarding the quality because we won't really know for about 15 years. We did get an excellent 50 year transferable warranty, however.  The only problem was that the owner was a bit hard to deal with. He is somewhat pushy and defensive when questioned. Also, the roofing seemed to go a little better than the insulation and gutters."
