"I was concerned that I had mold on my basement walls.  Rich assured me that it was not mold on my basement walls.  However, he did find some mold on the wood on the ceiling.  But he told me that I could wash that off myself and he told me how to do it.  I have medical issues  and my husband is 70 years old.  We are going to try to do this ourselves.  But if we are physically unable to do it, we will most certainly use Rich and his team.  Rich seemed very knowledgeable and was very friendly.  He did not charge me for the assessment even though he took time out of his schedule to come to my house and assess my basement.

"The technician emptied the freezer, which was in the basement, to work on the part that needed repair. Then he neglected to put anything back into the freezer, including a turkey I had bought for Christmas and a rack of ribs. Two days after he left, I went out of town for two weeks. The turkey actually exploded and spewed its liquid all over everything, which had to be discarded. I let AHS know and they couldn't even bother to call me or follow up on this. They had to take all six skylights out to replace the wood. They did it with minimal dust inside. They took the time to put extra ice and snow barriers around the skylights.
