It sounds like a simple job, but it was anything but this! We had a challenging construction project - connecting our house to our garage and a new carport. It sounds simple; however, due to our lot line we had no idea how we could accomplish what we needed. We contacted Rick and he assured us he could do it. He built a beautiful enclosed walkway that has a flat entry from the garageand new carport so that if necessary we can accommodate a wheelchair. The walkway angles from the garage entry towards our back door. It angles again to the back door in order to stay within our lot line. The interior walls and ceiling are beautiful knotty white pine and the floor is treated timbers. The exterior walls are sided with wavy bottom cedar to match what we have on our house and garage. He finished the outside by landscaping with red granite and patio blocks. It is just beautiful. Rick also re-roofed our house and garage much to our satisfaction. We were so impressed with his construction team. They were sticklers for detail, continuously measuring and checking with their levels throughout the construction process. They were here promptly at 7:00 every day, and made sure to clean up around the construction site when they finished work each day. We would highly recommend Rick for several reasons: 1) He is so dependable. When he says he is going to start work he keeps his word. 2) He uses high quality materials. 3) He visits the construction every morning to make sure his workers know what he wants accomplished for the day. 4) He is always available by cell if we have a question 5) There are no surprises at the end of the job.
