T&T responded and quickly provided a fair quote that included prep, paint to include trim and metal/cauking installation. Work was completed promptly with daily text and or phone calls with photos of progress. Site was kept clean during the project. He finished in a week and a half, well ahead of what was expected considering he had to work around some weather issues. He used tarps to protect my home from spray and spatter and was sure to touch up any areas where stain was not supposed to be. And, he cleaned up after himself and came back to ask if I was happy.
