He assigned Justin to my case who arrived even earlier than scheduled, He listened to me--at times I was a little hyper because I was so worried. Asked if he could remove tiles. Explained what he saw. Used a tool to measure moisture in various areas like ceiling, paneling, etc. Shared what he believed to be the issue. Cleaned up the moldy patch and sprayed a larger area to disinfect. Gave me instructions on how to manage and watch area to avoid mold in the future. Super professional. If I recall right I believe this is a company with vets and those willing to serve, but are unable. That appealed to me. They have had my back so I am happy to have theirs. God bless. "The technician emptied the freezer, which was in the basement, to work on the part that needed repair. Then he neglected to put anything back into the freezer, including a turkey I had bought for Christmas and a rack of ribs. Two days after he left, I went out of town for two weeks. They had to take all six skylights out to replace the wood. They did it with minimal dust inside. They took the time to put extra ice and snow barriers around the skylights.
