With over 1600 cleaning jobs completed by himself, including residential, commercial and apartments, he has no employees and does not sub contract any of the work out. The space hadn't been cleaned for a number of years and he was able to remove the grime and moved furniture as needed. Tom expressed concern over this and explained the cause of the problem and what needed to be done. Best experience to date with a contractor. Tom and his crew were awesome! Quick to respond, very knowledgable and great guys. Tom provided me with good information on making my tile selection. Offered top quaility products and showed me ways to save money. He even coordinated with the plumber so I didn't have to also deal with that. They estimated the job would take 1-2 weeks and it was done in a week and half. They always cleaned up before they left for the day. I will definitely use them again if the need should arise."

"I did work for servpro as a subcontractor. They mismanaged the project from the beginning, creating an unhappy customer from the beginning which made our job very difficult. Our work was done to high standards and was fully completed and inspected. Servpro was paid in full months ago and still refuses to pay us even though the customer asked them to pay us in full. Now we have to lien the customer's home even though they paid in full. It is our only recourse to be paid. The owner bullies his subcontractors and I personally witnessed him bullying two different customers. I would avoid servpro as I would the plague."
