They were very good. They were on time and had reasonable prices.

They are just very good. I use them every year. They are reliable, trustworthy and they do a nice job.

They have consistently done a good job for me, and I like what they do. I do not have the whole house done at one time. They charged $132 for the family room and the hallway; there was a charge of $25 for a Teflon coating. I would rate them highly. It has strictly been carpets in the past, but I am going to have them do upholstery in a couple of weeks because I have a couch that needs work.

I was able to apply two online coupons as well as receive a senior discount.  Usually, its one or the other, not both. 
Drew was punctual and a hard worker; he put in a solid two hours without a break.
I will defintey use/recommend Prefered Cleaning Service again for future carpet/furniture cleaning.

They were referred to us by a co-worker. Rick did an awesome job! The carpets on the condo stairs were pretty trampled and dirty from moving on a wintry day and they were spotless and brand new looking. The carpeting throughout our home was also spotless and looked brand new. I highly recommend them.

We have been using them for several years now. We like them a lot because they are reliable, responsive and they do a good job. They do things like traffic patterns, which is good because you don?t have to move all the furniture. When we had water in the basement, they came out immediately to soak up the water. We?ll definitely use them again.

Rick showed up on time, did the job, reassured me of any concerns, I am totally satisfied.

I thought the price was very reasonable. They did a better job than a previous rug cleaner I had that was twice as expensive. I would definitely recommend them.

The shut-off valve near our water meter broke. My husband was eventually able to turn of the water at another location. By this time the basement was 3/4 full of water. I called Rick on a Sunday afternoon, and he was here within the hour to vacuum up all of the water. All of this occurred the Sunday before Christmas and I'm sure Rick had better things to do. We really appreciated his efforts.

They did a great job dealing with rugs that had been damaged by pets. They were very efficient. The guy who owns the place keeps busy.

Drew, the young man who did the cleaning, called to see if he could come earlier than the scheduled appointment. Answered my questions, then got to work. Moved the heavy furniture and placed blocks underneath when finished. The carpeting looks much cleaner than it did before. I am very satisfied with the results. I will certainly hire this company again and highly recommend him.

Rick (an owner) was prompt and friendly. The carpet was pretty soiled in the major traffic areas (stairs, hallways, dining entrance) and after the cleaning the whole carpet looked new again. He removed all dirt, spots and stains. I also liked not having a portable cleaner lugged in with the mess involved in using and dumping water from one of my faucets. I considered the price reasonable. I will definitely have his company back and recommend him to friends.

Due to some unforeseen problems, David arrive about 20 minutes late. However, he was gracious enough to keep me informed of the delay which was very much appreciated. There were a couple of very tough spots that David took extra time with. You could tell that he took pride in the work that he does. David also had some good references that he shared with me regarding painting. I am using them again for the home that we are selling.

I USED TO OWN A RENTAL HOUSE. ONE TENANT GOT BLACK PAINT ALL OVER THE LINOLEUM FLOOR. PREFERRED CLEANING SERVICE GOT THE PAINT OFF. I WAS SO HAPPY. THAT HAS BEEN A FEW YEARS AGO, ABOUT 1999. I HAD THE HEATING DUCTS CLEANED IN JUNE OF 2005. I'VE NOTICED THAT MY HOUSE IS LESS DUSTY, SO IT HELPED. THEY CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES. I HAD NO MESS. THEY CAUSED NO DAMAGE. THEY COVERED UP THE HOLE THEY USED TO DO THE CLEANING. I JUST GET GOOD SERVICE FROM THEM. THE PRICE WAS BETWEEN $200 AND $300 FOR THE DUCT CLEANING.

This is the second time that I've had this company clean my carpeting. I like that the steam cleaner is attached to the truck as he doesn't have to use my sink to keep getting water. There isn't any soap residue either as I have had that with other companies. I'm very satisfied with the work he does.

THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB! THE OWNER OF THE COMPANY AND HIS EMPLOYEE SHOWED UP ON TIME, STUCK TO THEIR ESTIMATE, AND REALLY TOOK THEIR TIME TO DO A QUALITY CLEANING JOB. I WOULD HIRE THEM AGAIN.

IT WAS MY SECOND TIME CALLING RICK TO THE RESCUE. THE FIRST TIME HE HAD CLEANED UP MY CARPET BECAUSE OF LAUNDRY SINK OVERFLOW. RICK SHOWED UP THE NEXT DAY AS FAST AS HE COULD. I WAS ABLE TO MAKE MY BUSINESS TRIP THAT DAY BECAUSE OF HIS QUICK AND QUALITY WORK. HE LATER INSTALLED A NEW SUMP PUMP FOR ME AT A FRACTION OF WHAT A PLUMBER WOULD CHARGE. RICK IS VERY HONEST AND DOES QUALITY WORK.

EASY TO REQUEST APPT ON WEBSITE. RESPONSIVE IN MAKING APPT ON PHONE. DID AN EXCELLENT JOB WITH CARPETS. CARPETS WERE DIRTY AND SPOTTED IN MANY AREAS. DID AN EXCELLENT JOB OF TARGETING THESE AREAS, AND GETTING THEM CLEAN AS REST. PLEASANT WORKER WHO ASKED ME WHICH PIECES OF FURNITURE SHOULD BE MOVED, AND WHICH SHOULD BE LEFT ALONE. CAREFUL NOT TO DAMAGE ANYTHING. EVEN THE OLDER CARPETING LOOKED BETTER.

EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL AND PERSONABLE FROM INITIAL CONTACT WITH RECEPTIONIST TO PERFORMANCE OF THE CLEANING BY ONE OF THE OWNERS, RICK. WE HAD EXTREMELY SOILED CARPETING, ESPECIALLY IN OUR LIVING/DINING ROOM AREA AND HE WAS ABLE TO CLEAN IT SO WELL THAT IT LOOKS PRACTICALLY NEW! AND WE THOUGHT WE MIGHT HAVE TO REPLACE THAT CARPETING! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND USING THIS COMPANY AND I LOOK FORWARD TO HAVING RICK COME BACK TO WORK ON CLEANING AND COATING MY LINOLEUM FLOOR TO MAKE IT EASIER TO KEEP CLEAN!
