Perfectly done, as expected, for a reasonable price. Rick and crew always do a perfect job, exceeding expectations every time. Always on time, friendly, helpful with details, removing tough stains. Have used many times over the years.

They were very good. They were on time and had reasonable prices.

They are just very good. I use them every year. They are reliable, trustworthy and they do a nice job.

We have used preferred cleaning for carpets but had not used for upholstery. We received this furniture from relatives. It was quality furniture but was white and had some stains on it. Rick did an excellent job. Took the necessary time to get all the stains out. There was a coupon on their website for 1/2 off the price of a chair when having a sectional cleaned.

They have consistently done a good job for me, and I like what they do. I do not have the whole house done at one time. They charged $132 for the family room and the hallway; there was a charge of $25 for a Teflon coating. I would rate them highly. It has strictly been carpets in the past, but I am going to have them do upholstery in a couple of weeks because I have a couch that needs work.

I was able to apply two online coupons as well as receive a senior discount.  Usually, its one or the other, not both. 
Drew was punctual and a hard worker; he put in a solid two hours without a break.
I will defintey use/recommend Prefered Cleaning Service again for future carpet/furniture cleaning.

They were referred to us by a co-worker. Rick did an awesome job! The carpets on the condo stairs were pretty trampled and dirty from moving on a wintry day and they were spotless and brand new looking. The carpeting throughout our home was also spotless and looked brand new. I highly recommend them.

We have been using them for several years now. We like them a lot because they are reliable, responsive and they do a good job. They do things like traffic patterns, which is good because you don?t have to move all the furniture. When we had water in the basement, they came out immediately to soak up the water. We?ll definitely use them again.

They cleaned two area rugs, the stairs and a small hallway. They put the stuff to repel the stains. They took away one oriental carpet made of silk because it had to be cleaned. It will be delivered tomorrow. The prices were reasonable. They were professional and punctual. Their communication was good. They came when they said they would come and finished the job well. I was very pleased with the quality of work. It seemed like he had to do a lot of work but he did it all by himself.

They were prompt. THey came when they said they would come. They moved the furniture and cleaned underneath. They explain what they are doing. They do spot treatment. They are very professional. They are friendly and the prices are reasonable.

Rick showed up on time, did the job, reassured me of any concerns, I am totally satisfied.

I thought the price was very reasonable. They did a better job than a previous rug cleaner I had that was twice as expensive. I would definitely recommend them.

The shut-off valve near our water meter broke. My husband was eventually able to turn of the water at another location. By this time the basement was 3/4 full of water. I called Rick on a Sunday afternoon, and he was here within the hour to vacuum up all of the water. All of this occurred the Sunday before Christmas and I'm sure Rick had better things to do. We really appreciated his efforts.

They did a great job dealing with rugs that had been damaged by pets. They were very efficient. The guy who owns the place keeps busy.

The carpeting was white and had some stains that were horrible. The condo is being sold but I thought I would try to have it cleaned rather than replaced if possible. I didn't hold out much hope. Dave told me it would look good when he finished. I left and he closed up the condo. I came back the next day and and the carpet looked amazing, I couldn't believe it. The spots that he pointed out ahead of time as presenting a problem even looked better. He gave me the name of someone who repaired carpet by dyeing it and I will follow up. I think the price was very fair and I would call them again in a minute.

Drew, the young man who did the cleaning, called to see if he could come earlier than the scheduled appointment. Answered my questions, then got to work. Moved the heavy furniture and placed blocks underneath when finished. The carpeting looks much cleaner than it did before. I am very satisfied with the results. I will certainly hire this company again and highly recommend him.

Rick (an owner) was prompt and friendly. The carpet was pretty soiled in the major traffic areas (stairs, hallways, dining entrance) and after the cleaning the whole carpet looked new again. He removed all dirt, spots and stains. I also liked not having a portable cleaner lugged in with the mess involved in using and dumping water from one of my faucets. I considered the price reasonable. I will definitely have his company back and recommend him to friends.
