Do not complain if mushrooms growing inside window or cabinets anchored in wrong rooms or 9 ft ceilings become 7 ft or coat closet door slams hands when reaching for coat or cooktop vent venting inside house or cooktop hood off balance or........because contractor will say you are just to picky..
