In June 2014, with the help of very supporting friends, we launched a new line of paper notecards that was aimed at raising awareness and money for Homelessness, which affects communities worldwide. We see many different types of causes on a global basis, and while these causes are certainly worthy and needed, we recognize there are also serious needs right here in our own backyard. Through our artistically-created and handcrafted cards, we hope to contribute to a new awareness of people whose experiences of abuse, single motherhood, human-trafficking, homelessness, or prison would otherwise remain silenced. We are dedicated to showing respect and heart to these individuals so they may know pride and dignity in their lives. It is with this deep care and consideration that the products of Woven Journey will always be created—they will be honoring of their intended purpose always.
