Addition to Existing Structure - Build - For Business

The job was never completed. We are left with a half finished project(we have paid this contractor 95% of the costs for this project-including the costs for all materials ) we started this project in April 2024. Mid June of 2025 we were informed that he is not coming back to finish the project. We are left with no materials, including siding, soffit, fascia, an interior door, gutters, downspouts and 11 windows and he is just done! Pieces of siding have fallen off and repairs to his work need to be fixed! Very poor quality, workmanship and ethics! I do NOT recommend this contractor! Do not get suckered in like we did! We are out thousands of dollars.

Did not finish job.Left holes uncoveron side of house. Left glass insulation siding and more in yard.Did not finish the small parts of house. Also I picked up 2 sandwich bags of nails they just threw in yard .Still have a huge mess to clean this spring.Started out professional and then just got what they had to done.Woulf not recommend at all.
