"They arrived promptly to provide a quote. Clean-up was done on schedule; they arrived with 2 workers and a foreman. Ceiling was cleaned in about 2 hours, and they also brightened the grout on the kitchen back splash by the stove. Crew cleaned up after themselves and I couldn't even tell they were there. Painters were expected the next day, but didn't show. The owner was very apologetic on the phone (painters weren't responding to her), and found an alternate crew to come out the next morning. We were hosting a party with many out-of-towners that weekend, so timing was critical. Crew came out first thing Thursday morning. They primed and painted the ceiling, molding and a lot of the wall too so the kitchen looked great! They used low VOC paint per our request, and did a great job cleaning up after themselves. In the end, I was very pleased with the final result."

You can clean some mattresses with a carpet cleaner that has an upholstery attachment. Mattresses made out of memory foam or other foam generally should not be cleaned with a carpet cleaner, although many traditional spring mattresses can be cleaned this way. Over time, a urine-soaked mattress will lose the pee odor on its own as long as it dries out completely. However, it’s best to help the process along either by calling in a professional mattress cleaner or by using household cleaning products like white distilled vinegar and baking soda to remove the moisture and the odor. You may want to consider replacing your mattress over cleaning it if you have multiple stains or odors that are persistent.

If your usually super soft couch feels crusty and rough after cleaning, it could be that you haven’t removed the cleaning product properly, you used too much, or you applied the wrong type. Always check the couch tags to select the right cleaning product, read application instructions carefully, and test on an inconspicuous corner.
