As a professional septic tank pumping service we offer affordable rates and 24-hour emergency service. We clean septic tanks, holding tanks, and mound systems. We will conduct a brief, confidential inspection of your septic system for signs of needed repairs or improvements. We will also suggest a pumping/ maintenance schedule based on the capacity of your tank and family size.

"Called for mandatory 3 year septic pump & all they did was inspect it. Paid full price to have nothing done."

"Great overall experience. Worked with Brian to troubleshoot problem via text/phone. Had to order a special relief valve for Smart Water tank. Set up a prompt visit once valve was in. Both Tom and Brian came. Relief valve replacement did the trick. They did not try to up sell us on a new water heater, just fixed the problem. Would absolutely call them again!!!!!"

Sewer Cleaning questions, answered by experts

In most areas, drain cleaning professionals don’t technically need a license, as they aren’t altering your plumbing system in any way. However, we recommend hiring a drain cleaning professional with a plumbing license and certification. Certified plumbers are more likely to provide professional solutions to drain clogs without damaging your system. They’ll also have the diagnostic tools and experience necessary to remove the clog entirely rather than providing a temporary solution, as a handyperson might. Use Angi’s state licensing tool to check your plumber’s professional licenses before hiring.

Homeowners insurance usually doesn’t cover sewer backups because it’s typically an avoidable problem with proper maintenance. The only exception would be if the backup is occurring because of local flooding and only if your city uses a combined drainage system for stormwater and sewage. If that’s the case, your policy should cover any resulting damage.

Common drain issues include slow-running drains, whether in a sink or shower, clogged drains, a bad smell, and water backing up into a sink, shower, or bathtub. Causes range from hair, grease, roots, or toilet paper clogging the drainpipes to flooding outside the home, which prevents sewer lines from draining properly.

Ejector pumps can only push sewage 750 feet or less. That’s because their purpose is to move waste from your home to your sewer line—which is a relatively short distance. Grinder pumps can transport sewage further, but they manage lower volumes of waste than ejector pumps (and they don’t work with septic systems).

Knowing the signs can alert you to a clogged drain line. Clogs cause slow drainage or cause no drainage (if there’s a complete blockage). You may also notice foul odors, gurgling noises, water backing up in other appliances on the same line, or a poorly flushing toilet. If you experience any of these issues and think your line might be clogged, call a plumber.
