"I feel that this review is inaccurate as I was begged to make an exception to go out of my service area to do a septic system inspection and pump the tank if required by the state. This appointment was made by [Member Name Removed] not you and was very explicit that he only wanted the system pumped if the tank required pumping. When I did my inspection there was only 3” of solids in 36” of water. In Wisconsin this dose not require pumping and all other aspects of the system looked to me in good working order. I cleaned the filter even though there was no hose provided as requested at time of reminder call. As for the price I did not charge a out of service area charge ( to cover time and fuel) as I would have normally out of respect of [Member Name Removed] to go that far from my shop and you only paid for an inspection at $110 not a pumping at $210. So again this review is inaccurate and unfair. [Member Name Removed] received the service he requested on the day we said we would be there for our Standard pricing. Please fix this review or it will be reported to Angie’s list."
