With over 12 years of experience, we are here to provide quality insulation for your best defense against the elements. Properly insulated structures can save the owner thousands of dollars over the life of the structure. Spray foam insulation provides one of the best methods of meeting today's stringent building codes. we use fiberglass and spray foam. We also provide a senior citizen and military discount.

"The job performed was excellent! I have a double wide manufactured home. Hunter and his brother Triston are professionals with a cheerful attitude! I had to delay the proposed schedule date due to other construction schedules that fell behind. No problem as Hunter checked with me and gladly rescheduled a few times until other contractors working on my house were finally finished. When I first searched for businesses who provided a closed cell spray foam insulation service, none of them offered services for manufactured or mobile homes. The price for the services are very reasonable and every step of the work was explained in writing and in advance; no hidden costs. And of course their work was thorough and they cleaned up any residual materials left over. I can rest assured the high quality insulation will save me money in reduced heating/cooling bills. As a side note, my floors don't creak any more and there is no place for rodents to nest as the solid closed cell foam insulation replaced the former sagging fiberglass insulation. I highly recommend Pacific Spray Systems!"

I fill out Washington State Residential Energy forms for permit applications. I just retired from Pierce County Building dept. and the biggest thing in our reviews was Energy forms being filled out correctly. Upon retiring I moved to Lewiston Id. but with the internet I can work from home Via Email. Get a-hold of me to go over what I need to do the forms and the pricing.

Drywall Insulation questions, answered by experts

Insulating your basement walls offers numerous advantages that make the project well worth it. By adding insulation, you can reduce the chances of moisture damage to the house's structure and lower the odds of mold growth. You'll also add comfort to the space by reducing temperature swings and increasing your home's energy efficiency, potentially reducing your energy bills to earn your investment back.

If you’re using faced insulation with paper, face the paper toward the inside of the room during the installation process.

A good way to remember this is that the paper should face the “warm side” as it’s the vapor barrier, meaning it should face toward where the heat will be coming from.

One of the disadvantages of soffit vents is they can bleed warm air from the attic during winter, resulting in slightly higher energy bills and a colder house. There are ways to mitigate this effect—mostly just closing the vent in the fall. What’s most important is your attic is ventilated to some degree in the winter.

While more is seemingly always better when it comes to energy efficiency, your house does need some interaction with its environment. Adding too much insulation can affect your home's ability to breathe. Breathing simply means ventilating itself to reduce accumulated moisture within it. Too much insulation can physically block the venting ability or be enough to trap the moisture and damage the insulation or the house.

Ductwork should be wrapped in insulation in certain locations. This includes unconditioned interior parts of the home, such as attics, crawl spaces, basement ceilings, and between floors. Duct joints should also be insulated since they're more likely to leak air than other parts of your system. Building codes in some areas also require ductwork to be insulated.
