This project was to replace the floor that had become soft with a leak. In tearing it apart, black mold was found as well as dry rot. Not suprising, since our home was built in 1890. He replaced all of the old drywall, floor joists, and lath and plaster that was affected; Then proceeded to rebuild and create a gorgeous bathroom, with bullnose corners, and a few tricks he had up his sleeve to give us more usable space, and the illusion of a a bigger space. I recommend highly.
