After entering my contact info, I immediately received a text message from the company's owner, Casey, making himself available for me if I wanted to talk by phone. I had him call me, and he checked in to see what the problem was, what I wanted to do, and to be sure I had heat for the evening. He even offered to drive space heaters to my home if needed, even though he was at least 45 minutes away. He then scheduled to meet with me at my convenience the next day to look at my home and discuss options.
