Michael contacted me when he was on his way, and arrived on schedule. He spent the day cleaning our vents which were full of dirt and dust from a remodel of our home. He did and excellent job spending extra time making sure they were cleaned, and within 3 days of his work we could see big results!. That's understandable in retrospect, as he has been with the company since 1991 and holds a “Master Textile Cleaner” Certification, according to the company's website.
