Customers say: True professional

"This was the first time I used this company for duct cleaning. The price was on par with past cleaning $330. I got a good discount for having my dryer vent clean at the same time. The gentleman was very professional and cleaned up after each vent cleaning."

Hello! My name is Corine! I’m 27 years old. I’ve been professionally cleaning for nearly 9 years and absolutely love being able to provide a service that helps people maintain every day life. From residential and commercial services to construction and eviction clean ups I thrive in the satisfaction of turning chaos to organization or simply just the end result from maintaining a home. I’m a mother and I understand that life keeps moving no matter if there’s laundry to be done or dishes to wash, let me be the one that helps take that weight off your shoulders. No job is too big or too small, I’m here to help!

"I hired them to clean an apartment/duplex of mine. I've hired them in the past as well. What I can say is they do outstanding work. I have hired other companies in the past that didn't do the job completely, left things unfinished or not clean. This company does a thorough job - stove top looked brand new when they were done - oven is clean - floors were clean - tub was clean - everything was outstanding! I will never call anyone else ever again."

FAQs for sonic cleaning projects in Edwall, WA

Professional blind cleaning costs between $10 to $50 per blind. The type of blind and blind size make up most of the cost, but you may also need to pay a fee for cleaning supplies. Aluminum Venetian blinds are quite dirt resistant and cost around $10 to $34 per blind. However, roller blinds are more complex to clean, ranging from $18 to $50 per blind.

The average cost to hire a house cleaner is between $30 and $50 per hour. Costs vary depending on house size, the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, and the type of cleaning you want. Deep cleaning will be more expensive since it requires more time and effort to move furniture and clean hard-to-reach areas compared to a standard cleaning session.

The average house cleaner cost is around $180, which should cover about four hours of work. However, each project is different and costs can range from $100 to $1,000, depending on the house size and the cleaning needed. Other cost factors can include your location and what level of cleaning you want. Standard or basic cleaning may include vacuuming, dusting, and disinfecting the kitchen and bathrooms. Deep cleaning costs about twice as much and often includes cleaning behind and underneath furniture, washing windows, and polishing hard-to-clean surfaces. Emergency cleaning, extreme cleaning, and holidays also impact pricing. Move-in and move-out cleaning typically cost more, too, because of the extensive, whole-house cleaning involved.

There are ways to save money on blind cleaning to help maximize this project and keep your blinds looking like new. Some ways to save money on this project include:

  • Cleaning all blinds at once can potentially give you a discount

  • Choosing a more cost-effective method, like ultrasonic cleaning, over more expensive options

  • Speak with different blind cleaning companies about deals or special coupons

Although tipping is not a requirement, many people tip house cleaners around 10% to 15% of the final cleaning cost. Some people tip as much as 20% or more, but it’s up to your discretion. Rather than tipping each cleaning session, you can also tip monthly or give the house cleaner a holiday bonus. There are no rules for tipping, but if your house cleaner did a great job it’s encouraged.
