"Maverick, the sole proprietor of Simpleton Siding & Services, completed an approximately 700 square foot replacement of weathered wood shingle panels on 3 gables of my home with Hardie Shingle Siding, a fiber-cement material. The job was essentially all ladder work involving both tear down and installation. During my contractor selection discussion with Maverick, he talked about his experience installing Hardie products, and provided enough details that I was convinced he had the necessary qualifications, experience, and abilities to do the job. I was not disappointed. Maverick is a confident, motivated person who is easy to work with. He was a very hard worker for this job which was physically demanding due to all the ladder climbs. We agreed to a schedule (work days and hours) and he stayed with our agreement. He ordered sufficient material to complete the job, and minimized wastage in a job requiring an extensive number of precision cuts. He completed the job in his estimated number of work days; his workmanship was very good. He did a very good job keeping the job site clean, at the end of each day, and between the tear down and installation phases for each gable. Maverick’s flat fee was well below bids I received from two other licensed contractors. I am very happy with Maverick’s end result and with his contract price. Based on my experience, I highly recommend Maverick to anyone considering a siding replacement."

"You will not find a harder worker than Dorje. He did a fantastic job! He (1) cleaned our roof, which included scrapping moss off a sizable section, (2) he cleaned the gutters & downspouts, which had packed in dirt and debris, (3) he then installed new gutter guards, replacing the old wide mesh guards, (4) he then sprayed the absolutely clean roof with anti-moss treatment. The roof and gutters look better now than when new. Highly recommend his work!"
