We were very happy with the work that John and his crew did putting a new roof on our Cape. John sent his estimate in a timely manner and scheduled us very quickly. We felt his quote was fair and we liked the products he chose and the fact that he included a warranty. His crew was at our house at 8am sharp and put up all kinds of barriers so that the bushes and plants in front of the house were not damaged. We never saw so much as a shingle on the ground and afterwards the entire yard was cleaned up including any nails that were on the ground.

Very very happy with the workmanship of the crew. Pricing was great, but that wasn't the only reason why i hired them. I believed in him when he told me his crew would do a good job. I can normally feel out if a contractor is selling me or giving me a snow job. John was very honest on what he was telling me on the materials he was going to use and the work i was going to get. At end everything was cleaned up as if nothing happened. But what i liked was, when all was done one of the men went around entire house with a roller that picked up any nails that might have been missed. which i liked cause i have grandchildren that seem to run around without shoes on. VERY HAPPY !!!!!

John and his crew were here within a week of receiving his quote. His pricing was very reasonable and he communicated every step of the way. I can not say enough about the magnificent work that John Denisco Construction Company did when they rebuilt the deteriorated rakes, fascia, and soffits on my 1830 barn. Johns crew also did an impeccable job roofing the huge barn and my home. I was amazed that this project along with the meticulous cleanup Was completed in only 3.5 days. After consulting with 6 contractors, I went with John because he not only had the best price but also because of his professionalism, excellent and timely communication skills, passion, and especially his patience. Being a single 69-year-old woman having to make such a big decision was daunting. However, John answered my many, many questions and clearly explained the process with clarity, photos, and videos that helped me gain trust in my ultimate decision. I am extremely satisfied with the workmanship, integrity, courtesy, and respect that the team gave while at my home. John has an extensive knowledge regarding roofing and went over the details of the roofing project which included not only the house, but also a large porch. He explained how the house roof should be ventilated and what he would need to do to correct the situation. He and his crew did an excellent job not only with the installation, but also with the clean up and they did it all in one day. We were pleased with the quality of the materials used as well as the price for the work preformed.

John and crew showed up on time and went to work. They stopped when the job was done, including clean-up (spotless) The roof looks great, they also replaced a couple of sidelights. All was done at a fair price for the scope of work.
