"Santiago and his team did an excellent job repainting one wall of our hardee plank outdoor siding. The wall had some damage from wood hardener and was very faded. It sparkles now with not trace of stain! Santiago arrived on time, completed the job in a timely manner and left the site spotless. We greatly appreciated Santiago's prompt response. We are selling our home and wanted the new buyers to love the home as much as we did. This project has brightened up a dull exterior and made the home so much more inviting. I would highly recommend Santiago for any job. (Also, his prices are reasonable.)"

"This company is fantastic! 1. Out of the 5 companies I was considering for insulation replacement (yes 5), their quote was the only one that was itemized and understandable. You knew each task you were paying for as well as what the workers were promising to deliver, which is extremely important when dealing with contractors. I found this out having met with 20+ over the last month. 2. They had the most reasonable price, and Rory in particular worked to volunteer his expertise on what our situation needed/did not need with an honesty that is hard to come by because it did not come off as self-serving or trying to take advantage of our lack of expertise. 3. They were reliable, on time, and very communicative every step of the way. They touched base frequently about our complicated situation, they were available for price discussions, and they were direct in communicating arrival and finishing times. I was extremely impressed. 4. The individuals at this company went above and beyond the call of duty. Rory was a pleasure to deal with; he reminds me of the neighbor you want to have because he has great advice, good contacts if you need work outside his company, and reasonable suggestions for what you can do to fix things, and to boot he was extremely available. He even answered our many calls with random questions off-work hours AND he volunteered to come out himself again outside of work hours just to help figure out the steps to fixing our problem. Debbie was affable and an organized presence on the phone. The other staff we worked with- Santiago, Rafael, Luis, and Felix- were all extremely courteous and hardworking during the projects. 5. They worked to coordinate with other contractors without me having to micromanage anyone. I had a roofing company, arborist/tree service, and vent cleaners on site. They were able to navigate their own working space and work in tandem on the roof with the roofers to replace the insulation on the cathedral portion of the house when the underdeck was ripped off, as well as add baffles appropriately. 6. They brainstormed to fix problems we were having at extremely reasonable prices. Example: The attic portion of my home was missing half the ceiling (had to be removed because of extensive mold damage) and they helped me place drywall so we could replace the insulation on the timeline we initially agreed to. It saved my husband and me a lot of money and heartache. What more could you want from a company? The biggest impression I walked away with is that this company actually cares about your situation. My husband and I were purchasing a new home in need of a lot of repairs. We have a toddler and I am third-trimester pregnant. With the move, the unpleasant relationship we had with the previous owners of our home, the strain on our finances, and the overwhelming stress of finding new problems everywhere we looked, I can only say I am extremely grateful we went with Madrona Home Services. "If I can give a 10 star review I would. Not only did they beat the lowest asking price but was done in 3 days when others told me 4-7 days and on top of that left it spotless for the drywall guys. "Rick is a craftsman. With 35 years experience, he has skills! He took a badly remodeled room with holes and patched-in drywall, and made it look like new construction. He also redid an archway and made it look like it had been professionally done in the first place. I will be having him do other projects. He’s pleasant and communicates well, then does what he promised. What a find. Thank you."
