I own a 1937 farmhouse in Whatcom County. I had concerns about the insulation in the crawl space and the attic. The owner of RGS came to my home and spent an hour inspecting the areas I was concerned about after which he sat down with me, explained what was needed and gave me a bid to do the work. The owner is as professional, knowledgeable and courteous as any business owner I have ever met. He quoted me a great price and gave me the highest quality of service I could have hoped for. We also had him clean our dryer duct as it also was under the house. He took it apart and brushed it clean. We were so happy with all his work that we had him clean all of our furnace ducts with his power brush and vacuum."

We got two estimates from them (and another from a different company). We hired Hybrid. The crew was pleasant, hard working, and cleaned up when they were done. The work took longer than they predicted by a day, and the estimate was probably too low. They honored it. We'd hire them again in a minute."

"Installed quickly and efficiently - workers did a great job. Very clean! Seems to be pumping well.
However, three days later the power needed to be turned off. After this, the battery back up turned on.The battery backup pump kept on running and wouldn't turn off after the power went back on. Called Perma Dry for assistance. Was told how to disconnect battery backup which I did. Now I have no battery back up.
They said they were very busy and couldn't come out until the next week to see what the problem was. No phone calls and no one showed up. I called again. Someone called back, I called them back... to date, I have no idea when someone will come out to fix the problem. This is not a good way to do business!
The men who came and did the actual work were great. The followup by office personnel was not.
