"Dan, Thank you. It had been since 2018 since we insulted your primary residence. We all appreciate the trust and the work. Take care."
"Dear [Member Name Removed], Thank you for the review. Please let me know when you want me to come back out and evaluate the job. Regards, John Rayl AT Foam Cell: 425-330-6608"
Everything was professional and done with excellence. John, VP of sales, came out and did the bid and was very good at answering my questions and concerns. We especially wanted to make sure the cantilever areas were insulated well to stop any drafts. They had the best bid for our job. The 2 man crew doing the work were very capable and professional. They showed up on time and got the work completed as planned. It was nice not to feel drafts through my kitchen floor in the cantilever area. The crew also told us their concerns about the state of our duct insulation, which had just been installed after the cleanout work in Sept.by another company. John even went above and beyond to check when we had problems with our house staying warm when the weather turned cold-which was not caused by their work ,but the poor insulation job on our ductwork.
On Nov.8th our house was feeling like cold air was coming through the heating vents even though our furnace was running fine. After not getting a call back from the other company about the insulation on the ducts I emailed John at AT Foam to ask if he could check if there was a loose duct or what was causing the cold air flow.
John came out and checked out the crawlspace and was shocked to see how badly the duct insulation had been done by the other company. Some areas were not wrapped at all and others had large gaps exposing the ductwork, etc. That was the cause of our house not keeping the heat and he took pictures so I could show the other company. I was shocked to see how much of the duct insulation was done poorly and I thanked John for his help. I call that service excellence and would highly recommend this company.
