"This was a return to the newly installed bathroom fan, the light did not work. I needed to complete dry wall near the fan, so I had asked that the light portion be wired, but not installed. It was a quick plug in and center screw. Someting I could do. But once I connected the light did not turn on. Harts was able to schedule someone the next day. It was with a diffrent electrician. No problem. He was not familiar with ceiling fixture, but was able to figure out the ground needed to be attached on the night light fixture. Which is not being used otherwise per my request. Fan and light both work."

"Everything turned out fine. When it first arrived, it was damaged in the shipping. It took them quite a while to get something back to us, or even to call me back when I wrote to them. But then, once they got the ball rolling, it went very quickly. It took them probably about a month to even get back to me. The price was very good. And the office people were so helpful and quick to deal with it. feel bad that I didn't review them earlier as they are excellent.
