I was very detail oriented, and we could see that Jaime was very experienced, and he double checked all the measurements and took into account details that we would have otherwise overlooked. Jaime was very thorough! He and Rebecca make an excellent team! The installation team arrived with our new countertops I was impressed with how careful they were not to damage our cabinets and walls. The installation crew was very friendly and were incredibly efficient in getting the countertops in and installing the sinks. We ended up requesting one minor adjustment a few days later and the team came out and took care of things swiftly. They were very gracious and helpful, really went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. After the installation we were able to schedule a time to pick up the remnants of our slabs. I highly recommend Granite Designer! We’ve had countertops installed in our other homes before and it can be a nerve wracking project. I would say that first time countertop buyers would really benefit from Granite Designer’s thorough approach to explaining the process and checking in.
