It went well. They showed up on time, cleaned up amd got the job done in less than a week. Great company tp work with.

Tyler and a coworker showed up on time. We discussed more details. They covered and protected our place. They worked quickly to remove the old hardwood and replaced it with the new. They finished installing on day 1, so they could sand and do 2 coats the next day. When we came bake l, the floors looked great. Our space was so clean (Tyler leaves the place cleaner that it was before :-) )

Couldn't have been better! Owner Tyler was on the job the entire time and completed the work faster than originally estimated (now when does THAT happen???) Beautifully blended some new flooring into an existing damaged area and then refinished the entire upper floor of our home making it look like new! Kept the work area neat and tidy, was very careful around existing walls and trim, and even repaired another small area no charge that we hadn't discussed during the initial bidding process. In today['s world of diminished quality and service it is VERY refreshing to work with a company that delivers old-world craftsmanship with friendly, personable service, at a reasonable price! We give Tyler and Brett our highest recommendation without reservation!!!

Evergreen Hardwood Flooring was fantastic from the very beginning. The initial estimate/consult appointment was very thorough and Tyler noticed several details regarding our floors that I had not and was able to find us a hardwood that matched perfectly. He made a special effort to ensure that the new planks would look as if they were always there. He worked efficiently for a fair price, which was fantastic because we were eager to proceed with multiple other projects around his schedule. Very dependable and the floors turned out beautiful! The area where he matched new with existing is completely invisible. Fantastic work with a great finished product! We highly recommend Evergreen Hardwood Flooring and will certainly work with them again if the need ever arises.

While the re-flooring quotes were fair and inline with other providers, we simply didn't have the funds to do it. So instead, Tyler explained how he could achieve our desire to refinish the floors, the steps he'd take and the potential risks (in terms of floor quality afterwards). He was honest and completely open about the process. In the end, the floors were completely transformed (as was the entire downstairs thanks to the floors). It was literally impossible to believe that the refinished floors weren't new wood. They're gorgeous -- and best of all, holding up like a dream. Finally, not only is Tyler great at what he does but he also works hard, is responsive and just an overall exceptional person. We will be having Evergreen redo our front and back staircases and portions of our upstairs as soon as we can get the funds together. A+ work on a tricky project.

This is the 2nd time I've used Evergreen Hardwood.   Tyler is a pro / perfectionist - the work is great, and the estimates were spot on.   I would recommend Evergreen Hardwood to anyone, and I am already getting ready to expand my installation for a new stairway and landing - of course, I'll have Tyler and his crew do the work ..... no questions asked.

I got quotes from three companies, and while Evergreen wasn't the lowest bid, it was by far the best choice. Tyler was extremely thorough, and met with me several times prior to the work, in order to ensure that my wood floors had dried out enough to start the job. Tyler also lent me a moisture meter so that I could do spot checking of the wood.
Tyler was the only person that came who felt like he could match the stain to the other wood floors in my home, even though those floors are of a different species than the kitchen/dining area. Tyler worked with me to find a good stain match, and I couldn't be more happy with the end result. Even though the floors are different species, the stain match is perfect.
I hope that I don't have to use Evergreen Hardwood in the future, but if I am in a situation where I need wood floors repaired/refinished, I'll call them first, and I probably won't bother getting other quotes.
In addition to the above, Tyler was always on-time, or in some cases a little early, for appointments. That was refreshing. He was also easy to reach via phone and/or email.
In summary, I would highly recommend Tyler and Evergreen Hardwood!

The floors look great! Both times, Tyler did wonderful work. He was exceptionally accommodating and great to work with: easygoing, yet thoroughly professional. He listened carefully to our questions and concerns, and gave great advice. We highly recommend him. After first hiring him in November 2012, there was absolutely no doubt in our minds that we would be hiring him again when it came time to refinish the floors in the bedrooms.

Tyler was great - I would highly recommend him to anyone. My fir floors were in terrible (and I mean terrible) condition, and he made them look spectacular. He did repairs and in-filling where I had removed a wall, and in many areas that needed replacement boards, and he had great suggestions about how to keep the material needed for some of the repairs to a minimum. He was prompt, courteous and quick, even though my floor was really labor intensive. I can't say enough good things about him. Quote included 3 coats of finish - which is one coat more than you get with most quotes. Price was very reasonable. I had about 800sq ft repaired and refinished - and it was worth every penny. The floors look amazing. Hire Evergreen!

Tyler arrived on Tuesday morning with a helper and completed the job midday Friday which accorded with the temporal requirements of his job estimate. Tyler is a friendly, outgoing fellow and a hard worker who knows how to restore a hardwood floor. He's also a good business person who keeps his client informed, stands by his estimates and, in my case, presented a finished product that exceeded my expectations.

We were selling our place and needed to have the hardwoods refinished. Evergreen was a great company to work with. Tyler actually scheduled the estimate during a time that worked great for us and by the time I booted up my computer the next day I already had Evergreen's estimate . I priced the job with a few flooring companies and Evergreen was the most competitive as well as extremely professional. When it came time to do the work, we left a key under the mat and left the house for the weekend to be away from the Swedish finish. Tyler and his crew were very thorough in masking off unaffected areas and they taped off all the base molding to protect it from damage. Tyler goes above and beyond. He even came back a day after he was done, (knowing that we were to return the following day) to open the windows for ventilation. That kind of and quot;above and beyondand quot; attitude and way of doing business is why I would highly recommend Evergreen Hardwoods to anyone who is looking to get hardwood flooring work done.

I found Tyler (Evergreen Hardwood Flooring) through a local directory and he immediately responded to my request for a quote. He responded not only to a phone call but was also familiar with email and text messaging (it's refreshing to get contractors that communicate via email and sms). We coordinated a time to come by for an estimate and he was prompt and professional throughout the process. His estimate arrived via email and he was very clear on the details of the job and frank about any concerns he had about the condition of the floor.

I accepted his estimate and we scheduled a time for the refinishing to begin. He was very accommodating to our schedule, showed up on time, and quickly proceeded to do an Excellent Job. He did a very thorough sanding and paid extra attention to some difficult areas. He then applied the finish of our choosing quickly and evenly. When the job was finished to our approval, he cleaned up all of his tools and left no trace of his presence other than the great looking floors.

We had just purchased a home built in 1953 and the floors were really beat up. We had stains, cuts in the floors from when carpet was pulled and other types of hard wear and tear. Tyler and his team were able to take care of it all!

What impressed me the most with Tyler and his team at Evergreen Hardwood was not just their fantastic work on our wood floors, but their promptness and their ability to do what they said they were going to do. Their word was truly their bond which in our experience of home repair, unfortunately, has not always been the case. They always showed up on time and were respectful of our schedule and simply got the job done.
