Able looked at the repair work I had originally requested and we came to a mutual decision that the product which was on the floor was substandard and after 5.5 years really needed to be replaced. "We had a difficult situation where we suddenly needed to have the job done pretty much immediately. Polly of Beaverton Tile went way out of her way to make it work for us. She arranged for her people to do the job on weekends and after hours to fit into the schedule we needed, even though the job was additionally complicated by her employee's family emergencies and by last-minute changes on our side. She helped us work out problems that came up during the job. The tile looks beautiful. It doesn't quite line up straight with the wall in the kitchen. I suspect that may be partly because the house is old and doesn't line up straight anyway."
