"Exceeded expectations! Hired Joe's to turn a horrible dirt pile into a lovely backyard. They did that and more. Built multiple stone walls plus one wall from concrete block. All was perfect, done with utmost care and skill. Everyone involved was professional and friendly. They brought creative design ideas that made the whole project better. "Elias Contruction provided a detailed estimate after inspecting the roof and making some qualified recommendations. The project required a few change orders that were not clarified in writing. I would recommend hiring Elias if you get changes in writing. They cleaned up pretty well although they missed a few things due to finishing in the dark. Overall satisfied with the job and cost was 60% of other bids due to sheathing adjustment."

"He was not knowledgeable about how to drop the trees. I saw charges three times for one tree. My husband and I helped him (which they did not lower the bill with our assistance) and they didn't stack the wood properly."
