They broke a switch plate and had to be asked to replace it. Also they stated they would clean some siding stains but did not perform that work and did not provide an explanation to me. Lastly, they did not call before coming out to paint, they just showed up with no warning! I would use them again but the rules and communication need to be much better!"

I would recommend hiring Elias if you get changes in writing. They cleaned up pretty well although they missed a few things due to finishing in the dark. Overall satisfied with the job and cost was 60% of other bids due to sheathing adjustment."
