"Within an hour of locating T&C Contracting on Angie's list on a Saturday, Tim was at my home to give me a free estimate. I immediately felt comfortable in speaking with him that he was the contractor for me. By Monday the house and roof had been power washed and the roof is looking great. the next Monday Tim and his crew were back to start prepping and painting the house and by Wednesday it as completed and looking great. To me this is impressive considering the amount of prep work needed to even start painting from scraping, priming, removal and re-sealing windows and doors and fixing and replacing door toe kicks and building out a window ledge on a window that never had one! And I cannot forget my bad choice of a trim color that Tim readily took to have re-tinted and which now is the color and look that I imagined. Oh yes, and all of this at a very reasonable price!
