I needed laminate flooring and trim that i had purchased installed in my office. Jeff contacted me within a few hours. They were even able to install the next day. The installers were prompt, polite and worked very quickly. I was happy with the service and quality of the work done.

They did a great job. Got done ahead of schedule and were very flexible with my timeline.

Easy and straight forward communication. Job was completed on time and pricing was within my budget. Overall a great experience.

From the first contact to paying the invoice, the experience was overall great. Jeff was super easy to work with and always responded to emails quickly. The installer Enrique was great, very understanding about how much was needed to be moved so he could lay the flooring. Always willing to explain what the next was to be done. Highly recommend this company!!

Jeff was easy to contact. He Always returned our calls in a prompt manner. The installer Enrique, Did an excellent job installing hickory floors in our dining room living room and hallway. He kept our house clean at the end of each day and had a great attention to detail with installing the floors. I would highly recommend NW Floor Coverings and Enrique to install wood floors.

Work was done efficiently and on time.

We had a bumpy experience. We wanted floors in three small areas repaired and refinished. There were several issues. The wood filler used is completely different in color from the wood and is very noticeable. The installer did not sand enough to remove all the stain so the floor is patchy, and there are deep grooves left from the radial sanding tool they used. Additionally, the process was entirely rushed. Our sealers were applied hastily and after the second coat the floor felt like rough sandpaper (our socks would catch just walking on it). The installer came out and rebuffed and did a third coat, but it was really frustrating trying to communicate the problems and being told that a third coat would cost us more (even though it clearly was not done right). The finished result is acceptable but I would not recommend them to anyone after our experience.
