They arrived on time to do the work and finished in the amount of time they'd estimated. They were thoughtful during the process and asked us how we wanted the tree to look and answered all our questions. They totally cleaned up after themselves and removed all cut branches and limbs and even the leaves. Pacific Arboriculture, and all the workers, were professional, kind, and great to work with.
