"Years ago, we got our start performing small residential moves to Washington families. Now we perform moves of all sizes for families, business owners and corporations who need the very best in service, moving experience and expertise. Our unique moving system ensures that your needs are placed front and center. We will determine the scale of your move, where you are going and what we can do to make the process easier. "This company is not forthright with their customers. They provide sight unseen estimates (over the phone) and do not follow up or through after the initial estimate has been provided. They low ball their estimate based on local competitors, only to later increase their costs after their movers arrive and begin loading the truck. In our experience, they presented us with an on-site revised estimate that was $7,500 higher than their original estimate. During the move process, which took one day instead of two, they laid no floor coverings down, did significant damage to our hardwood floors (without telling us), and left our house in a mess. When we called to report what had happened, which included showing photos of the damage, we had their customer service department tell us that their Operations Manager was "too busy" to call us back about our concerns. After repeated attempts to reach the Operations Manager, she had no knowledge of the incidents, apologized for everything, and told us we'd be hearing from our the management team. Her immediate suggestion was to provide us with a free house cleaning. Our belongings are currently sitting in a warehouse in Washington and we are being charged monthly. The invoice even includes a threat for a late fee if it's not paid within five days. To date, we've heard nothing. The group out of Auburn Washington is not to be trusted."
