"The initial bid turned out to be less than half the final cost. The work crew was very good but a piano presented problems that should have been dealt with before hand as it was a known problem (by the boss). The piano had to sit out in the rain for a couple of hours while waiting for a special dolly to be rented and brought in (at additional expense). My deposit was cashed, but still appeared on my final bill, until I pointed it out and then was deducted. It was a difficult move, but it could have gone better."
