All of the detail work matched the existing home so well they looked like they had been built at the same time. You would never know that the home and the garage were built 20 years apart! Sergey was very thorough and explained all the details involved to me. His crew was always there when they said they would be and always cleaned up thoroughly each day. Their tech and salesman Tyler originally had a span of gutters over 35 ft with one down style and a second set that had a downspout which would have ended up putting my walkway and driveway. He was extremely pushy in demanding a down payment in order for me to secure the lowest price. I mention that I wasn't ready for gutters and still had my house to paint. We came to an agreement that I would contact them when I was done painting, give them my gutter color choice and schedule a date for installation. After finishing the house paint I contacted a gutter company for a second quote. I decided to go with this more detailed and thorough quote. I contacted now remodeling to inform them I wanted to cancel my contract. Tyler informed me that I was not entitled to any of my down payment back. He claimed additional work was done that had not been done, this included work done in my free estimate. He breached his contract and falsified information to collect more than the 15% they were entitled to. I am extremely disappointed with their customer service."
