Mike Philips offers fantastic customer service and you can always talk to him if you have a request or need to ask for changes. I am not sure how Philips 360 is able to keep their prices so reasonable, but I am guessing it's due to the teamwork of all involved. Phillips 360 offers old fashioned work ethics and fairness plus friendly and efficient services. I am extremely happy I found them and I will continue working with them

We had pre and post construction meetings with the Owner Mike Semerad who explained how the project would progress. We had daily briefings with the Site Supervisor explaining what was to be accomplished each day. At the end of each day everything was cleaned up and put away. We had interaction with the Crew who answered any questions we had about what was going on. Everyone who has seen the completed project has been very impressed at the attention to detail. We are so pleased with our yard that we have contracted with Alderwood to redo our front and side yards this year. The owner, Brandon, is very easy to work with, very professional and has excellent interpersonal communication skills. "We have been using Keith's Lawn and Landscape for around 3 years now. The first 2 years they did a good job other than almost stripping a young tree with the weed whacker. When I pointed this out to them, they said that particular guy was a new hire and quit the same day.
<br /> This 3rd and current year their quality has diminished drastically. I don't know if they have a new crew, but each week I'd be disappointed in the results. They'd blown 3 inches of grass into our picnic pavilion. They scalped the edge of the lawn that rounds down the side. Their mower blades either needed to be sharpened or leveled because the grass was always cut uneven. The side hill was very soft from too much rain and the mower dug up a big hole. I know it was because of the rain, but they either should have not mowed the hill that week or at least filled in the hole. In addition to the hole they did not bag the grass on the side hill which later resulted in the whole hill being covered with dry, brown, dead grass that looked horrible.
<br /> They also took out one of 4 plastic legs our heat exchanger rests on. Not sure how they were able to eat through that thick plastic.
<br /> I was more than willing to discuss our issues with them but when I called to cancel our service I just got an and quot;okayand quot;. I figured if they weren't even curious why they were losing a client, especially after 3 years then not worth my time to explain ourselves.

"Very impressed with the crew’s professionalism and they’re attention to detail. Removed the existing trees, including roots up to about 3-4 feet from trunks. Planted the new trees, which were of a decent size. Amended the soil, adjusted the trees so that the best side of the trees faced the house, carefully teased out the roots so the trees would grow properly, thoroughly tamped down the soil as it was being replaced, and staked the trees well. One thing that really impressed me that they were removing the trees in decomposed granite. Looking at the work locations, you can not tell that trees were recently planted.
