I hired Russ to mow my lawn because I get severe heat exhaustion and not able to do it myself. He does a great job and responds to any questions or concerns I have within a timely manner and takes care of whatever issues come up. Im grateful to work with Premier Home Maintenance!

Russ was a referral from my brother when I bought a house. The house needed some work and TLC. Russ stepped in and the first thing he did was replace the computer system to get a sprinkler system running. He programmed it, replaced sprinkler heads and capped some off that were wasteful. Since, he has blown it out in the fall and gotten it running again in the spring. Russ insulated and drywalled my garage, and has jumped in on some other miscellaneous projects. Russ is dependable, personable, reliable, and trustworthy. He shows up when he says he?ll be there, he does what he says he?s going to do, when he says he?s going to do it, for the amount that was agreed upon. His work quality and ethic are excellent, and are rare these days. He will continue to be number one on my list when projects come up. I wholeheartedly recommend Russ for any job he?s comfortable taking on.
