Living Water Lawn & Tree Care

I hired this company for the season fertilizing of my lawn. On the 2nd application there was a really funky smell all over my lawn and with further inspection I noticed the tech left a giant brown streak 3 feet wide and about 80 yards long all the way across my new asphalt and I also have stains on my brand new hottub. I called the company and they had John the sales person call me. John came out to look and found it very odd and could smell the stench as well. He said he was goin to chat with the owner and get back to me. After a couple weeks of waiting, I finally called back in to see where we were at with it all. John said he spoke with the owner and they dont believe it was their techs that did that and dont plan on doing anything about it... This is the lack of integrity and professionalism you get from this company. Any damage they cause they will just make excuses and deny deny deny. They are the only company that has sprayed my lawn. Completely pathetic that I have to resort to complaints and reviews.

They don't do mowing or anything like that but they do fertilization.

They were prompt, which was the best thing about their service. Unfortunately, they gave me an estimate for the clean up service at about $200, and it ended up costing closer to $400. Our yard is small, and it seemed like they dragged out service to charge extra money.

They come every tree months and spray for bees and spiders and stuff. If you have a problem in 90 days, they come back and take care of it.

Things went very well; a few minor communication mishaps which were cleared up quickly.  Friendly, knowledgeable and supportive.  They were quick, careful and did things thoroughly.  They took about 2 days to get the whole thing done.  Good communication as to times of arrival.  Honest in their quotes and re-adjustments when changes were made.  The sprinkler lay-out is perfect for our needs.  We've already noticed a difference after the fertilizer and weed killer work was done.  John and Russ are 2 great people.

He showed up on time, but it was a brand new house, so a lot of dirt outside still. He did not remove his shoes, and just randomly sprayed with a hand held spray bottle in certain spots. Not sure what he did outside, but after a month or two we had to call them to come back because we still had spiders. He did come out on time, but again hand sprayed from a spray bottle on just a few spots on the ceiling. Might not be there fault we still have bugs, but have never had this type of problem before, and did not like the fact the shoes were not removed when he came inside. We have very expensive wool area rugs throughout the house, and do not want dirt tracked on them.

Very punctual and worked me in at the end of the day. Price was reasonable.  They were a pleasure to deal with and I will be contacting them for future work.

They are like little invisible lawn leprechauns that show up while you're at work, leaving behind a greener lawn and a discreet tag/bill hanging from the door knob.

they do a great job mowing, spraying, and trimming trees. Their big problem is billing for their services. I do not get a monthly billing. Sometimes for services other than mowing, they leave me a bill for the service such as spraying. I then pay off that bill. I have called every month wondering where my bill is. With many calls I finally ask for my bill to be emailed to me. They said today do you want to cancel the service?  I said I will finish out the year.

The two man team that worked on our condos were Amazing.  I asked tons of questions and they answered each one confidently and gave great suggestions.  They looked me in the eye and had genuine smiles as they assisted me through my list of repairs.  I will be calling Living Waters back when it is time to install more sprinkler heads.  They were Outstanding!

We have a seasonal subscription. They do have a reasonable price and it is comparable to others. I've had two people prior to Living Water with zero improvement on our lawn. With Living Water, we have had the best results for our lawn. When the technicians come out to do the service they are extremely good at giving us advice on home maintenance. They are very knowledgeable and advisable technicians who give good advisable information to home owners on mowing and watering techniques.
