Went well, received a call in the morning regarding when the service would be done, and the service was done.

The gentle man from auto rain was very patient and through in getting the spray pattern back to good coverage.

He seemed to enjoy his work and was eager to get things right

They did a great job.  The previous person hadn't set the timers correctly and the serviceman consulted with us to make sure it was setup as we wanted it to be.  It took maybe 20 minutes including the replacement of the heads.  The only snafu was that they had given the poor man the wrong address but luckily I was out talking to a neighbor so was able to flag him down.  Next year I'll call in earlier because it was nearly 3 weeks before they could get out to us and we'd had some heated weeks and the lawn was more than ready for water.

It went great. My availability was very limited, and they were willing to schedule the work based on my availability (which I really appreciated). Communication before and during the job was excellent. The plumber showed up right when expected (to provide water access to the sprinkler crew and install and wire the controller), did his work without problem, installed and wired the controller as I asked, and cleaned up after. The rest of the crew arrived as he was finishing up. They started work immediately, placing flags to provide locations for the sprinkers, and trenching to gain access to run water under the front walkway. They were careful to neatly lay back the sod they dug up, as well as the flowers that had to be displaced. They placed the two valve boxes where I requested (one for front, one for back). In one part of the yard, they needed to run water under an old walkway. I expressed my concern about the potential for breaking the old thin blocks this was made of. They took heed of my concern, and were able to dig along the side right along the fence such that they only had to dig up one block, which they did carefully. I again appreciated them listening to me and working to accommodate my concerns. Once the system was installed, they were careful to re-lay the sod and flowers back over the trenching, and used their trencher and "tampers" to make the lawn look as if no work had been done. The job couldn't have gone better. They were done in 1.5 days, and you couldn't tell they had been there when they left. I highly recommend these folks.

Auto Rain is wonderful. Our sprinkler system was not working and the person on the phone from auto-rain walked us through the system over the telephone (their busy season right now) but did  it not work. They very promptly sent a technician out  that same  late afteroon and they returned the next day and repaired it.  A few days before another company gave us a report that was absolutely false. I cannot tell you how much I appreciated auto rain. I felt like I was a member of their family and they went out of their way to do the job. They were very professional. pleasant, prompt and many other adjectives to describe them. From my experience they are the only company to use.

It went great and our contact, Denny, came by several times to help make adjustments to the flows, directions and distances from some sprinkler heads.  He also came quickly by to help us figure out how to turn off the system for the winter.  We are very pleased!

This company came out, explained everything to me.  Gave me a quote on the spot.  I set up the appointment and they were here on time, finished the job quickly.  When I had questions, the sales man came out and re-trained me on my system and is always available to help.  Excellent service and product.  Never have had a problem with my system.

The gentleman has been pruning trees for many years and was excited to discuss pruning two trees in the front part of my house.  I hired him because he showed so much passion for trees - and I trusted he would do a great job.  On the day he was scheduled to work I was actually working and told him he could just show up since I didn't need to be home.  I happened to have my lunch break while he was in the middle of doing the pruning.  As I drove up to my house I noticed him standing back surveying the tree and he looked so into it... like an artist staring at a his canvas.  LOL  It was great.  I would hire him for tree service again for sure.  The trees look happy and healthy.  haha

Dan at Autorain was great to work with and showed up as planned. He installed the valve and made performed the test as required by the city. My ONLY neutral comment is regarding the communication. I hate to call for a written quote (he gave a verbal and said his office would follow up), and then call again to make sure the test would be performed and submitted to the city (not on the quote, but included). I still have seen a bill, but I'm sure it's coming.

They were very good. 

I was late getting my sprinkler system turned off for the season.  It was starting to freeze at night, so I was getting in a bind to get it taken care of.  I called and left a message and they got right back to me.  They said they would take care of it and leave a bill on my front door.  When I got home from work, they had taken care of everything.  I plan to use them to turn my sprinklers back on this spring.

I tried to replace valves but to no avail.  Serviceman correctly replaced bad valves then found and bypassed a plugged line.

It was great! We really enjoyed working with Denny Lawler. They did a great job for a decent price. They were prompt and their follow up was great!

I was very happy with their responsiveness and punctuality. We are planning on using them every year.

, We have a large yard with a 34 year old sprinkler system that has had
more and more problems in the last few years. Time for a completely new
system. Denny Lawler came out, gave us a bid we found acceptable and his
crew was here within days. A harder working bunch we couldn't have
asked for. They completed the job to our total satisfaction.

It was an acceptable experience and they did the work in a timely fashion.

They fixed the problem and showed my husband how he can prevent this in the future.  He showed my husband how to clean out the sprinklers if they get dirt in them.  We are very happy with them.  If I have a sprinkler problem again, they are who I would call.
