"I have used Guardian roofing for many years. First: I had a shake roof on my house. Guardian Roofing helped me clean and protect my shake roof and repaired any shakes as necessary. Here is where the great service comes in. If I had any leaks in my shake roof that was because of their service, they repaired it at their cost. Every person they sent out to my home for service was polite, courteous, and was working with me to satisfy MY needs. If they made a mess, there made sure that it was cleaned up per My satisfaction. Second; last year I had my shake roof replaced with a Certain Teed Landmark TL Roofing. It was a complete tear off and replace. The crew was Great. They covered my bushes, Garage doors and anything else that could be damaged. They cleaned up every night before going home and made sure it was to My satisfaction. They were here for three and a half days and when they finished, the crew went around the house with me to make sure I was happy, (They were very Customer oriented). They also made sure that all gutters and down spouts were clean out. I cannot complain about Guardian Roofing and their service. Third: they just recently applied a Moss and Algae treatment on my roof. They were very customer oriented and made sure that all was cleaned up. I have no complaints or arguments with Guardian Roofing and their Crew. The last thing that is important to me and their customers, they were hooked up with a safety line and worker Safety First.
