The Precision Door service rep who handled our call was extremely professional, courteous, and efficient. We are very happy with our new opener.

A spring on the garage door broke in half. Called precision that afternoon. They were able to schedule a repair technician to come out the next day to replace the spring and get the door operational.

Everything was easy about my repair. Got a quick appointment, they came earlier than expected (with a confirmation call), and fixed it in an hour. Was given three different price options and am happy with the work. Nice guys, very professional.

My vehicle was trapped in my garage because the door would only open up one foot. I called at 7:30 in the morning and they had a tech out there in the afternoon. Robert Mathews was the technician that came out and explained everything about my garage door issue. He gave me 3 different options and I never felt like he was trying to upsell. We ended up with the entire overhaul of parts (after chatting with my wife for her thoughts). I know a spring and rollers was what I needed, but decided to go the extra step for thicker wires and drums since my garage door is constantly being used with two teens now driving. I couldn’t ask for a more professional business that really helped with my situation.

Terrific service. Called late Tuesday 7 Tech arrived early on Weds. Had necessary repair trolley part in his truck. Adjusted both door panels and springs, lubed gear drive, door opens/closers perfectly!

Daniel Lay was the technician for Precision Door Service. He replaced the Genie 2128 DC Motor, installed a Joule surge protector, and a Genie Keyless Entry. Daniel was efficient, friendly, and professional. He troubleshooted all parts of our 25-year-old garage door opener and was an expert in figuring out what was needed and installing it. He then explained the warranties and demonstrated how the new system worked. We are very pleased with his service and highly recommend the company!

I simply cannot express my delight in the services that both Dakota Walsh, who did the initial inspection, and Robert Mathews, who did the installation, performed. They were both courteous, friendly and respectful upon arrival. They arrived early and did a commendable service to our damaged garage door. The tech that came to my home -- Duchaum -- was wonderful, knowledgeable and a great teacher on how to care for a garage door.

I know more about garage doors, springs and maintenance than I ever thought I should know, thanks to DJ at precision. He literally went over every detail. I expected them to come to provide an estimate but they were able to complete the replacement in about an hour.

Technician that came out was great they repaired our springs same day and did a full inspection which gave me piece of mind. Will definitely be hiring them again for our garage door needs.

They came promptly and did a good job. Maybe a little more pricey than I wanted, but that's true for most things.
