115 Perfectly! I left message I needed this work done. Gal called me back within about an hour and said she'd have Les call me to schedule work and give price. He called back same evening with cost and scheduled me for the next day. Showed up on time, did a great job and cleaned up afterward....
Took 12 weeks to get materials. Shower pan had a permanent stain but was installed anyway. A crack was found in the porcelain. Manufacturer determined it was not a defect but a result of either being dropped or improperly installed. Certified mail sent to installer ignored for weeks....
Patrick used process of elimination to determine that no major leaks were from pipes and drains in upstairs bathroom. He checked the grout and area where tub meets floor and found cracks in grout around tub and tile and holes in sealant between tub and floor.

Mark's quote was fair and. worked with us with our price range. Definitely would recommend and gave his card to several of my friends. He repainted our kitchen cabinets which were oak and very outdated, I didn't think he'd be able to get rid of the grain and after he was done I couldn't even see the grain anymore, he replaced all the hardware as well, and updated my countertops without having to remove them and save me money. His setup and prep room was pretty cool to see."
