"Protech showed up on time and did the work, finishing a bit earlier than estimated, which was good. The underlying drywall was left in good condition. There were a few tears partway through the drywall paper, but that is to be expected by the process and obviously the ceiling needs to be repaired/re-mudded and possibly textured, so none of it really matters. The only very minor issue was they left a 5-6 staples in trim. These staples held the plastic sheeting used for containment. I don't mind, because I'm removing this trim anyway."

I was also surprised that the owner of the company, Rafael arrived at my home a few hours later to personally check on the progress of the job. Rafael checked in almost daily to make sure things were progressing smoothly, which I really appreciated! After several hours of clean-up, and thankfully finding no mold, the team had installed an array of specialized drying equipment, including one specially designed for hardwood floors. I was very concerned that the flooring would have to be replaced, driving up the cost. Fortunately that was no problem! After several days my floors, walls, and cabinets were *completely* dry. I've been through water remediations in the past and I've never seen a more thorough or complete job. These folks use these amazing IR cameras and water sensors to literally pinpoint the spots that are still the tiniest bit damp and reposition the equipment in just the right spots to dry them out. When they left I was totally confident that my house was completely dry! Everything went well, except the painting portion. 

The drywall, removal and install and the mud portion was excellent quality and service

The window removal and install was excellent quality

The painting preps and quality standards of hiding the nails and caulking was not up to where it should have been. It took two trips to have the painter complete the project where it needed to be.

Otherwise would recommend this company they are punctual, professional and do quality work and ensure that the customer is satisfied with the job.

"They custom make the windows and Fed-Ex them to you. We installed them ourselves to save money. Once we put them in, we couldn't hear outside noise anymore. It made a world of difference. I think it has also helped insulate my home a little. For the cost, I think it would have been twice as much to have the windows replaced."
