It went fine. I called and asked if someone could come out today to remove three wooden pallets, the largest of which was 12' long. They said they could come between 2-4p for a very reasonable fee and that they would call before showing up (because I'm not usually hanging out at my storage unit). They called at 1:15p. Luckily, I was able to run down there early. The guy who showed up was unable to get the largest pallet into his truck even with my help so I had to call two friends and have them come down. He was friendly and willing to wait and continue to work the problem.

Fair, except I had to make several calls to have the dumpster removed

Pros: - Friendly, helpful person answered the phone right away and was able to schedule the work for the same day (which was crucial to us) - They were able to come out even earlier than anticipated and then they were flex when that meant a slight delay for me meeting them. - The truck driver was easy to work with, friendly, and helpful. - The price was very reasonable. Cons: - Somehow they didn't believe me that the pallet was 12' long or they assumed that their truck, which is 12' long on the outside and which has dents in it, would hold 12' on the inside. They didn't ask the width (7' 7"). So, upon arrival, we discovered that the pallet wouldn't fit as they'd expected. - Learning this, they upped the price. Not by much but I did tell the person who answered the phone how long the pallet was and, if they needed more info, they should have requested it. - I think the driver was new: He didn't seem to realize (or didn't think of it at first) that he could lower the bed of the truck to the ground so he and I struggled at first to lift the pallet up into the truck. - Luckily, I had a saw available for the driver to shorten the pallet and friends who could come help lift it. Without that, they would have had to leave w/o completing the job. Usually upping the price like that would have lowered the review even more. However, they did get the job done even earlier than expected and the driver was very friendly and hard-working.

I had somebody wait by the front door. Unfortunately, I didn't have them to wait outside. They couldn't find the checks to pay them. I was looking for 15 minutes. I shouldn't have a stranger wait by my front door. I had the small table. I had my camera, my small basket and by there, I had also the bag. The front of my stereo was my car. Everything was gone. I didn't notice it. I called the company and the owner. He wouldn't even tell me who was here. They were dishonest and they picked up everything they were not supposed to pick up, including my belongings. I thought the price was too high. The camera had the pictures of my dad who died. They were on time.

The driver was accommodating when dropping off the dumpster, which needed to fit on an angle in a tight spot in my alleyway. The driver as able to maneuver the dumpster in the right spot. I spent the next day filling the dumpster with debris from home renovations (old shower stall, demolished shed, garage door, awnings, etc.). Two days later, ABC hauling came back as scheduled to pick up the dumpster and haul away everything to the recycling depot. Costs were in line with my expectations. I'd use ABC hauling again,.

Everyone at ABC was such a pleasure to deal with from ordering to the very friendly guy that picked it up.  I found their rates to be the most reasonable as well.  I would not hesitate to use them again.

I was able to schedule a specific time for delivery and pick up of the garbage container since the container was delivered to a location where I did not reside. The container was delivered on time and picked up on time. The driver was very courteous and answered all of my questions.

Answered phone right away. Easy to talk to. Dropped off dumpster, explaining how it basically worked. They were happy to extend the rental time for a reasonable rate. On the final pickup day they did ask if they could leave it one more night because their driver was running late; I said that would be fine, and they didn't charge me for the extra day, and they picked it up promptly the next morning.

We called and got an estimate from ABC Clean Up Services who provided all the details we needed and offered to provide a 30 yard dumpster for our home remodel project at our convenience. When our project went longer than expected, ABC allowed us to extend our time for 5 more days at a great rate. They picked up the dumpster on time, were friendly and professional and I just can't say enough about their service. They hauled away 2.5 tons of junk from our gutted kitchen and family room and provided us with a fair price.
I would and WILL use them for any other hauling needs I have.

ABC Clean Up Service Inc. gave us a price for a 30 cu. yard container, to haul away a number of giant stumps, laurel, and yard debris. ABC delivered the container the next day and picked it up two days later. We packed the container and had more weight than we first thought. The first truck was not able to lift it, the owner came with his larger truck the same day and hauled it away.
I will use them again if I need a container. Other companys wanted to charge much more for the same service.
The men that came out explained everything and were professional.
They made my job easier.

The services turned out very good. They didn't charge more than they said they would. They were polite and came and got it right away.

I have been using Mike for many years and have been delighted with the
service. We have always been able to work out just the right dumpster
for the job. He is always cheerful and accommodative, and the dumpster
arrives and departs on schedule. What more could you ask?

We called around and compared many prices (and should have used our Angie's List subscription, but don't think this company would have emerged in the search). We needed perhaps a 15-20 yard dumpster at most to do a major cleanup of nearly 30 years of accumulated large items (examples: old satellite dish, broken office chairs, parts from an old rollup garage door, lawn mower). Delivered when expected, picked up when expected. Price was several hundred dollars below every other quote, all for a smaller dumpster. We disposed of about 1400 pounds.

We have used them many times in the past when we needed a dumpster for remodels. You call them up short notice or give them long notice and they always deliver. The last time I called them the day prior to when I need the dumpster as I forgot and they came the next day with one. They are always nice and have great customer services. The nice thing is they are no hassle for me and that is a huge plus in my book. We will keep using them.

They were great -- they dropped off on time on the day they promised. I only expected to need the dumpster for a few days, and ended up keeping it for the whole week. The delivery/pickup driver was friendly, courteous and professional. I'll definitely be calling them again in the future.

We needed to quickly clean out our garage in one weekend (no time for a garage sale, multiple trips to the dump, etc.). I called ABC and another firm on a Friday morning at 7:30 to find out prices and terms. ABC had the best price and the guy said we could could the dumpster as long as we needed (the other place had a 5-day limit after which there was a daily fee). ABC said they would deliver the dumpster the same day, which they did. After I described what we were doing the fellow also suggested I get a larger dumpster than I had originally planned. However the additional cost was nominal and he was absolutely right that we needed a larger container. He delivered the dumpster by 2 pm the same day and was very pleasant. I called 10 days later (we ended up taking more time than I originally thought we would) to tell him he could come get the container. He asked he could come the following day, which was fine with us. The next afternoon he called and said his schedule had become quite full and asked if it would be alright to come the next day. He said he could come if we needed to move the container sooner but I said the following day was fine. We received an invoice in the mail the following week for the cost of the container and the dump fee. Everything went smoothly and the fees were as we anticipated.
