Robert was great at explaining what they were offering. Price was better than 3 other companies middle tier. They were able to get to my roof quickly since it had many leaks. They were friendly & easy to work with. I did have to call to let them know the dumpster & honey bucket was still at my house. They had asked it to be removed, but it just hadn't happened. Just completed 2 weeks ago, so can't speak to quality, but no reason to doubt it

In July, 2021, we hired Platinum Home LLC to remove an old shake roof and install a new CertainTeed Presidential TL asphalt shingle roof. Initially, the marketing rep, Mark, came out and gave us a thorough presentation of their products and their processes. At the end of his presentation we felt well-informed and confident of Platinum Home LLC's ability to perform the installation. From start to finish they were professional, friendly, hard-working and the end-product was beautiful!! They also installed new gutters as well. Mark kept us informed through the entire process as did the installation crew. We would highly recommend Platinum Home LLC.

I appreciated how they went about the quoting process. Mark came out to my home and looked at our roof to figure out what was needed and he answered all my many questions and talked about options. They didn't play any games with a high starting price and asking their manager if they could get me a "deal" like so many other companies. Their quoting department just sent over a price that was very reasonable. The crew removed the old roof, and put the new one up very expediently and professionally. I would recommend them to my family and friends.

Pros: Quality of work was good. Price was competitive. No pressure sales approach. Cons: Communication could have been better regarding scheduling and scope of work (a few items were not communicated to the crew).

Originally brought Platinum in to bid on a deck, but we figured out that the deck was going to be too expensive. The sales rep did notice that our front facing picture window had lost its gassing, and wasn't insulating very well (as shown by the discoloring of the window in the sunlight). That would explain why I felt a strong breeze coming from the window. I went ahead and hired them to replace the four windows making up the picture window. A two man crew installed the windows and did a pretty good job. I immediately could tell a difference in the temperature in the bedroom. My only gripe is that the garbage was left behind, rather than being picked up. I emailed them asking them when someone was going to pick it up. They replied back saying that it should have been picked up that very day. So they apologized profusely, sent someone out to pick up the garbage and sent me a sizable gift card for Amazon. I appreciate customer service like that. They held themselves accountable when someone is wronged, and made compensation for the wrong. Good job Platinum.

I didn't know that choosing a company to build a deck would be so difficult. We chose Platinum because Eric was really easy to work with and the product was a great quality. He was easy to talk to and easy to contact. The project was painless from beginning to end. The two guys started on the Thursday morning (in the rain) and everything was completed by the Friday evening (in the rain). They took care of everything - the garden was left clean and tidy, they even left without me being able to thank them properly. It looks great - we couldn't be happier. The care and attention to detail that these guys took was really impressive. Thank you!

We worked with Mark and even though we had to track him down to ask about the status of when they were coming he was quick to respond and the guys were quick and did amazing job. We had a choice between 4 pros and this was the most affordable, better quality product company. We absolutely happy with our end result. Thank you.

They need to improve on communication with their clients and crews. Juvi, the crew lead is very experienced and does quality work. The crew was not told about the ridge vent being on the entire house including the garage, or the need to call for an inspection when they finished the sheathing. I do recommend them if you are looking for a quality roof at a good price.

Great customer service! Mark understood our needs to fix an old problem from the original owners. Carlos and crew arrived and did a great job! When we noticed a small problem, Carlos did not hesitate to come back and fix the tricky thing.

I got 5 bids from different companies and found Mark and Eric's offer from Platinum Homes quite competitive. They were very professional and knowledgeable. It was a pleasure to work with them from start to finish. I replaced my cedar shake shingles with CertainTeed TL (asphalt-based) shingles. I am very happy with the outcome. The roof looks great. I am happy to forward pics and even talk in more detail about this project to anyone interested. Replacing a roof is a major project, not to be underestimated. There is a lot of noise. A large refuse container is needed to dispose of the old shingles and the new shingles get delivered with a heavy duty truck. Yet, it all got done in about 3 days. The work-crew earned my respect; they worked indeed very hard all day. Cleanup around the house was done as well. Even the patio furniture was moved back in place.

The gist: we'll call them again when we can afford more work on our 1968 split level. The only reason the rating isn't 5/5 is cost and some communication issues (the communication issues might be on us because we're first time home owners). We are first time home buyers. After some advice from professional inspectors and handymen we agreed that our house needed a new roof down to the plywood. Several companies provided quotes (at least 6). We did a lot of research because quotes came in at $8K to $20K! Platinum Home delivered a pricey but quality roof over several weeks due to rain delays and holiday weekends. They never hounding us to pay. They were always there to answer questions. The roof itself is warranted for decades and can be transferred to another owner should be chose to move. The materials are venting our attic very well. Pro: Quality work. Fast crew that does its best to stay out of your way (they even brought their own microwave and were always honest about the flow of work). Held our hand through the process from the sales team to the accounting team to the INCREDIBLE work crew. For starters, the work crew chief Carlos came back twice to follow up on items we thought were not completed (only one item was actually not finished and it was minor caulking - the other two were just miscommunication issues on our side). Leveled with us from the beginning about our options, continued to adjust to our needs / requests on materials, cost, additional work, etc. Willing to adjust the payment schedule and approximate down payment before work began. Cons: High cost - we had to replace the whole roof and we opted to blow in new insulation. This might not be an option for everyone. Took a few extra days to complete the job due to rain and some random issues with solar tubes/central support caulking (and miscommunication on our end about what was left unfinished). Also, the payment process wasn't clear - but in our favor. We ended up eventually paying the full amount but at no point did we feel hounded...just the opposite, we proactively tried to get the payment settled and it seemed like a lower priority.

Fast,, efficient, and clean. Entire roof was stripped, re-roofed and complete in two days. Remarkable.

Work was for teat-off and replace asphalt shingle roof on our home in south Everett. Quote was provided quickly and was fair. Work was started quickly and completed within 2 days. There were a few tricky spots on the roof that had leaked before and I was very impressed with how their crew foreman (Carlos) dealt with these areas. He even took the time to explain his plan ahead of time and show me how he handled these areas after the work was complete. Communication throughout the project was excellent and we are very happy with their work. They take the time to listen to customers needs and aim to please. I would not hesitate to hire Platinum Homes to do future work or to recommend them to friends and family.
