Prior to our annual trip to TX, during my prior to departure inspection I observer a suspension hanger had tore away from the main I-beam. I went through 3 local RV Dealers who all turned down the repairs. JetJen was the only one who not only accepted the work, he took it as a challenge. For a whole week after his 10-12hr "day job", they worked tirelessly for hours each night until the repair was better than off the assembly line. We are now in TX without any problems. They said he did great work, but that had been years before he gave me great prices and then when he actually started doing the work, he started up charging me for anything he could and doing change orders and try to get the bid up 9000 more dollars then original and said that I had asked for the changes we reviewed the bid many times. It was not changed from the original. He was just trying to make more money. He showed up at the job drunk every day. I put a camera in the house to review him and he was drinking on the job and his employees and him were talking crap about me while on the job. he would tell me he?s at the job for eight hours. I would take pictures before he showed up and after it looks like he did no work while in the bathroom. Is a simple small bathroom remodel that has now turned into four months and I had to fire him. If you hire him pay attention to him, smelling like alcohol"
