"They were very professional from the get-go. They did not need to come to my house to test the water. When you think of it, they should already know the water quality here (Vancouver WA). They had 4 quotes premade value, good, better, best. Prices seemed reasonable (in 2024) compared to one other quote. Tech was professional & fun, arrived on time. He said that because my house had a "loop" it would take half the time to install, and it was 2 hours. Couldn't be better except for the salt level app has been a pain to figure out but I am sure I can call & they will help me with it."
