"Savana has been such an amazing person to talk to and receive information from about windows. We never knew there was so much that goes into a window and itâ s install and she gave us all her knowledge. We werenâ t sure if we wanted new windows yet but she made us feel so much better about getting them sooner. She has honestly been such an awesome person to talk to and spend 5 hours with! "Eventually he had to reinstall my operating system, because certain system files had apparently been corrupted.He save all my data files and reinstalled them, but I had to reinstall my software. While this was slow and painful, it gave me a fresh start and a clean system to begin from. I have since reinstalled software as I needed it and reduced the total substantially. With the amount of work he had to put in, this turned out to be a bargain for me. My computer has worked very well ever since.
