Cliff was so professional, informative, flexible, and just an over all great person to work with throughout this whole process. He had my best interest in mind and listened to everything I wanted. He never tried to talk me into the more expensive route and went above and beyond to ensure I stayed within my budget and still love the outcome. Response: Cliff is a very busy guy, but he never missed a beat when it came to communication. He is very responsive to phone calls and texts. If he is running just 5 minutes late for a meet up, he is sure to call and give you a heads up. From start to finish, he kept me in the loop and I was never left not knowing our next move. Pricing: Before choosing this company, I shopped around a bit. The pricing of most companies was just outrageously out of my budget. I was up front with Cliff and told him my budget and what I wanted. He went above and beyond to help me tweak some things to ensure I stayed in my budget, but also love the ultimate decision. Quality: I hired this company for a turf instillation and an extended patio with pavers. The quality of their work was immaculate. It looked better than I had envisioned. Cliff and his team was very precise and neat. This was a 5 day project and everyday, I can see it come more to life. They were very hard working and obviously very good at what they do. After every work day, everything was cleaned and put back in place. My Over all experience, I would recommend this company a thousands times. They were on time, neat, and respectful of my property. Cliff is a over all good person. Very personable and understanding. I have no doubt that this company wont stand behind their work. In the past, I did not have a good experience with hiring workers so I am super glad I made this decision. I am over the moon about my back yard and will absolutely be contacting them in the future for my front yard."

"Sta-Built Construction can do it all! We wanted to make our back yard more livable with a solid foundation for a hot tub and gazebo. We were hoping to make better use of wasted space below our dining room window where nothing but weeds grew well. Brian was the estimator who sketched out a design that not only created a lovely outdoor space, but also incorporated the existing foundation wall into a new retaining wall. The plan also included a paver patio, seat wall, fire pit, and lights. The crew was friendly, polite and hardworking, even in the midst of a record breaking heat wave. They demolished the old concrete patio, built a landing from the existing steps, and moved sprinkler lines. They paid attention to details, taking frequent measurements to ensure accuracy of the construction. Ben was the project manager, checking often on the crewâ s progress and occasionally offering a helping hand where needed. He was very approachable and quick to respond to our questions. Sta-Built is a professionally run company with creative minds and skilled workers. We were kept apprised of the scheduling date through the Sta-Built App, which we found helpful for tracking the project stages and making payments. The bid for the amount of the work done was competitive with other companies. We trusted Sta-Built to do the job right, and they came through with flying colors. We love our new outdoor space and wouldnâ t hesitate to hire them again for a future project."

"We had a large water leak in our line between the meter and our house. A locator had to come out to find it. We were losing approximately 1 1/2 gallons a minute. As soon as the locator showed us the approximate location, we knew that we needed to have a tree removed to be able to dig up and fix the leak. Sunrise Landscaping came out and did a great job! I thought that they were only going to remove the tree and locate the leak but to my surprise, they were also able to repair the line!! They did an awesome job and were very professional! The leak was about two feet down and two feet in under our driveway. Not an easy fix and they did it without cutting our concrete. I highly recommend Sunrise!"

He did a little of everything, including installed 100+ bird barriers under my eaves, replaced 11 lighting fixtures and replaced 4 outlets, repaired some tiling, fixed a n entry light, plumbed a sink, installed shelving.
